1. About SweetBite

SweetBite provides online ordering and delivery of food, snacks, pastries and beverages within Minna and surrounding areas where delivery is available.

2. Products, prices and availability

• Product descriptions, prices and availability may change without prior notice.
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we may contact you about a replacement or refund.
• Product images are for representation and may vary slightly from the delivered product.

3. Orders

• You must provide accurate customer, phone and delivery information.
• An order is submitted only after successful online payment verification.
• SweetBite may contact you to confirm an order or delivery information.
• We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or circumstances prevent fulfilment.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed through Paystack. SweetBite does not ask customers to send full card details directly to us. Payment must be successfully verified before an order is created and processed.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Minna and applicable surrounding areas.
• Delivery charges are shown during checkout and may vary by delivery area.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, reachable phone number and useful landmark where appropriate.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, preparation time or other circumstances.

6. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for checking order details before payment and for being available to receive the order. If incorrect information supplied by you prevents delivery, additional arrangements or charges may apply.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
